JCPenney Kiosk at www.jcpassociates.com is an online work planner for all the JCPenney Associates including active and former associates.

It’s an official website through which JCPenney Associates can view the work plans. The most important thing is, it is available only for the employees of JCPenney.

This kiosk allows associates to check a number of things related to them such as the number of leaves, work schedule, MTO, PTO, Jtime, Paycheck Stub, and so on.

  • Enter your Employee ID (if you don’t remember your ID then make a call @ 1-800-879-1111)
  • Click on the ‘Search’ button
  • Your security questions will pop up on the screen; answer them correctly; if they don’t appear then contact 1-800- 870-1111
  • On answering the questions correctly, change password terms will appear on the screen
  • Read all the terms then accept them by checking ‘I Agree’
  • Click on ‘Continue’
  • Change password window will appear

Points to remember while resetting the password

  • Case sensitive
  • Should have a minimum of 9 characters but not more than 16 characters
  • Include at least 1 symbol character, 1 number, 1 lowercase, and 1 uppercase
  • It should be different from your name or user name
  • Must not include any common and easy recognizable sequence of characters
  • Should be not used previously

You can reach JCPenney Benefits Center @ 1-888-890-8900. It can help you with questions related to pension, retirement benefits, 401(k), time-off benefits, healthcare benefits, benefits eligibility, and more.

Through W-2 Support Line 1-800-567-9248, you can request a reissue of W-2 documents up to 7 years ago. Once your request is accepted, you will get documents in your mail. In addition to this, you can also request instructions for printing W-2 documents on Former Associate Kiosk. However, this is possible for up to 18 months from the date of termination.

For Former Associates

If you are a former associate of JCPenney, you have to perform the following actions to successfully log into your former JCPenney Associate Kiosk Account. But do remember, this facility is available up to 18 months from the date of your termination.

  • Click on the ‘Former Associate Kiosk’ link available under the ‘Former Associates’ section
